MSRT - Mind Sound Resonance Technique
Sound is a form of energy or vibration. Using the sound energy in appropriate manner is surely a great technique. In scientific yoga system it is called as 'Mind Sound Resonance Technique. Here we have the steps of MSRT or Mind Sound Resonance Technique which includes 12 steps.
1. Prayer - Salutation to divine (Maha mrutyunjaya mantra).
2. Quick relaxation technique (QRT)
Observe the abdominal breathing internally with closing eyes.
3. Loud chanting (ahatha) of *AAAkara *UUUkara *MMMkara
4. AUM- 3 rounds.
5. Alternate loud and in silent chanting of AAAkara, UUUkara, MMMkara.
6. AUM (3 rounds).
7. Ahatha of Maha mrutyunjaya mantra.
8. Alternate ahatha- anahatha of maha mrutyunjaya mantra (3 rounds).
9. Anahata of AUM (3 rounds).
10. Silence.
11. Resolve.
12. Closing prayer for peace.
