Opting happiness and positivity
"Look at the bright side of your life and choose to be happy. Yes, it is a matter of choice. When negative thoughts enter your mind, just refuse to look at them, substitute them with happy thoughts" - when I was reading a web namely raiseyourmind.com I saw these words of the couch.
It is a big question, sometimes. In front of me I find several choices. When I going to write or wanting to analyse, I have to follow a super condition. That is, in fact I have to choose the best out of best in it to get better. In things, in people, in subjects and objects.
When life forms it is subjected to our thought itself. Because I found patterns in it. Thereby one rule I should follow when I wire inside the mind that considering actions and reactions should be related to positive things itself. Because I want to maximise the positive in my life. So I have to take the positive responsiveness of my mind to activate high with the surrounding positive subjects and experiences rather. It is a task. Surely it is true also.
Neurologically there are neurons in brain. Everything that we experienced gets marked inside brain. All the things we experience are marked things of ourselves. So in life after you get study by your life patterns if you want to wash out anything you need not to focus about it but you have to focus about the stronger side. It is strange but sure.
Psychology tells that ultimately we understand that everything we get experienced are our own choice. So I want to highlight, understand, and focused about the happiness of my life that is my own choice. So now I foremost grateful to all the happiness, all the feeding supporters, well wishers, every oxygen like people, things and particles remembering my everyday. That is really a great thing called "wiring".
When I going to write something, act and react about something I should opt happier and positive things in positive and happiest manner.
